The villa is located in the picturesque neighbourhood of Ognina and close to Catania's beautiful and renowned seafront promenade, dotted with bars, restaurants, playgrounds, cycle-pedestrian path and well-equipped bathing beaches.

The luxurious property consists of three floors and each room has a sea or garden view.
On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms (one of which is on an attic floor with an adjoining bathroom with shower), two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub), a very elegant living room, a well-equipped kitchen and an orangery-living room that overlooks the garden with enormous windows.
On the first floor we have two double bedrooms, a bathroom, two refined living rooms, a large kitchen and a terrace equipped with tables and lounges whose view will remain an unforgettable memory: panorama of Etna and the sea.
On the second floor we have a children's room with bunk beds and en-suite bathroom; a kitchen also fully equipped; and a very elegant bedroom-sitting room with en-suite bathroom. Also on this level we have a furnished terrace with an even wider view of the sea and the volcano.
The lush park is built on an ancient lava flow of Etna and is a riot of flowers and trees of the Mediterranean maquis.
Here there are several lounges, tables, romantic corners, stone seats, an ancient cistern with a lap bench, a 16th century tower, a playground, a vegetable garden, an indoor kitchen with BBQ and fires, and a glass-fronted living room with table and sofa. In this area there is also a bathroom
Finally, there is the mini-pool (meters 2x3) area, set in a niche in the park, among the lava stone, flowers and trees.
