Arranged on 2 levels and composed: on the ground floor entrance, large living room and dining room, kitchen, utility room and bathroom. On the first floor there are 4 large bedrooms, bathroom with shower and small terrace. The villa is surrounded by a garden of about 850 square meters. In the pool area there is a dressing room with hot water shower and further complete bathroom in the annexe. Very large and equipped barbeque area.
At 5 km you will find the Di Maria hospital and the medical guard at 1 km, the police station and the free beach, three private beaches, market, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerias. In the evening the bathing beaches are transformed into piano bars, discos with theme nights.
At 200 meters you will find the El Cubano bar renowned for its ice creams and slushes and The Cuban tent-pizzeria piano bar. Upon arrival a deposit of Euro 300.00 is requested against any damage, which will be returned upon departure.
