This contemporary villa, just 800m from the sea, is set in lush private gardens with its own swimming pool. It is an ideal holiday destination to relax in the sun and explore the fascinating Baroque towns of southeast Sicily.
The villa, which sleeps 8, has a veranda-style living area, with cool tiled floors and glass sliding doors which bring the garden into the house. There is a sofa and armchairs plus a large dining table looking out over the pool. Next to the dining area is an external kitchen with a BBQ. Inside the villa, there is a further sitting room with a contemporary sofa, flatscreen TV and a smaller dining table, with another covered terrace overlooking the front garden. The main, indoor kitchen has everything you might need for stress-free cooking: cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and coffee machine.
The well-maintained gardens, front and back, include a private swimming pool, with sun loungers and 2 outdoor showers and a table and chairs, shaded under the trees. Allowing guests to relax in nature and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe storage.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a double bed, good wardrobe space and a TV.
Bedroom 3: In the third bedroom there are two single beds, a TV and a wardrobe.

The medieval fishing village of Donnalucata (8 minute drive) is known for its wide beaches.
