The villa is located 100 meters from the sea, in a quiet and convenient position close to all services, market, bar, pizzerias, bakery and the best beaches of the coast of Fontane Bianche. The structure of the house is independent, with terraced verandas overlooking the sea, it is composed of a living area on the ground floor, a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom plus a small private area where you will find a comfortable double sofa bed. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. The house is fresh, very bright, with comfortable spaces externally and internally, the rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with all comforts, a barbecue corner, additional outdoor shower, comfortable private parking spaces, a large garden where you can relax and a gazebo. The sea can be reached on foot in 2 minutes, just below the house on the rocky coast you will find splendid natural coves, far from the chaos of the beaches where you will enjoy your holiday to the full.
