The villa, an ancient farmhouse, completely restored in August 2008, respects the design and the characteristic of a rustic house with tuff and rough stone walls. The property, overlooking the Firriato gulf, is situated at about 4 Km. away from the village of San Vito Lo Capo and at about 7 Km. from the Riserva Naturale of the Zingaro with a vie wonderful wiew over the Tonnara of San Vito Lo Capo. The house is 120 square meters and it is completely surrounded by a huge garden with rich Mediterranean vegetation and an ancient carob tree. The villa, divided into two floors, is suited for eight people. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living / dining room furnished and equipped with fireplace, SAT TV, SKY decoder and dvd player. An ancient tuff archway leads to the comfortable kitchen equipped with fridge, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster and washing machine, etc. On this floor, there is also a double bedroom, overlooking the Tonnara of San Vito, equipped with air conditioning warm /cold and a bathroom with shower. The first floor is accessible via a large brick stair leading up to two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, converting into a double bed. All the two bedrooms have the air conditioning system warm/cold. On this floor, there is another bathroom with a shower. Some steps lead from the kitchen to an outdoor area with mansard equipped with a double sofa bed with wood stave. The villa spreads out over a large terrace furnished with table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, kitchen and a shower with warm water.Private parking.
