Summary: We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. When brought to management’s attention, we received no apology or explanation, only a denial and refusal to issue any refund for the downgrade or the incident.
