Positive: Basically, we liked everything! The villa is beautiful, comfortable and very clean – to keep it short. The owners are very nice and friendly people, who shown us the whole villa, provided useful tips important for a large stay, answered all our questions, helped to find a good place to buy the local olive oil, etc. The whole communication was just perfect! The villa itself is very nice! It was very clean, it is very spacious, the rooms are comfortable and even if you stay inside – you have a vacation feeling. The kitchen is well equipped so we cooked w/o any problems using the perfect products from the nearby small shop “Macelleria gastronomia di Martino Giovanni” or from the nearest Conad. You can park your car on the yard and there is still a lot of space in the frontal area and also in the rear area of the villa. Any time of the day you can find a sunny place and also a shadowed place, which is excellent. We liked to relax under the trees in the evening, to eat on the rear terrasse, or drink a coffee after the swimming on the frontal terrasse. The surrounds are quite and safe. We had our windows opened all time to have a fresh sea air inside. The air conditioning is available but we used it just once. The villa has a second WC and the second shower located in the small building outside. It was good for us since we were 5. There is also a third shower just close to the entry gate, so you will not have any sand on the floor inside after you came from the beach. Beach is just 1 minute walk away. It is sandy, wide, nice and good for small kids. A lot of space there. There are some cafes/pizzerias/restaurants along the main street Via del Meditarraneo but we used just one - Macelleria gastronomia di Martino Giovanni. Very nice people, excellent meat products, some local wine, etc. You can buy there or ask and they will cook for you, so you could take away or eat there if you like. And there is a lot to see within 1 hour drive!
