La Giudecca is a beautiful villa which has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the living room and the kitchen with a big stone fireplace, to which follow one luxury bathroom with both Jacuzzi tub and Jacuzzi shower; then, there is also the laundry with a big washing machine and a very large further living room. On the first floor are placed all the bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. On the same level there is the second bathroom, equipped with tub. On the outside are an elegant roofed kitchen equipped with barbecue and living table, two solarium areas around the swimming pool (12 mt) which are furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, plus an ornamental garden and an orchard.

Included: consumptions, daily pool cleaning, linen and towels, pool towels, welcome packet.
Electricity including up to 800 kwh (over at euros 0,40 per kwh).
