Riva is a house complex located in a panoramic position just few steps away from the gold sandy beach of Castellammare del Golfo.
The complex is made up of 10 houses. . You access the house through the living room with kitchen corner, dining table, double sofabed, tv and airconditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped ( gas oven, microwave, toaster, kettle). On the ground floor you find as well a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the bedroom you reach the back veranda where you find an external shower and a small laundry tub.
Through a spiral staircase you reach the double bedroom with sea view and airconditioning.
The houses are furnished in an essential and modern style, using the coulors of the sea: sky blue and sand.
Each unit has also an equipped patio with dining table and armchairs. The patio is totally fenced and accessible through a small gate.
On the middle of the house complex there is a big swimming pool and the solarium area equipped with sun umbrellas and sun beds. Close to the swimming pool there is a barbecue area and an external shower.
From the solarium you can enjoy an amazing sea view over the gulf.
