Positive: We liked the entirety of the house--- it was well situated: quiet, clean, secured (Sergio made sure that while the guests are in the pool, nobody can see them. So the fence is well-covered), and has a nice garden with a full-access to the pool. The pool area was also beyond expectations. It was well-arranged and designed, and our kids loved it. Also, there are separate toilet and shower outside which makes it very convenient when you are in the pool. We also liked the veranda. We always take our breakfast there, and have a nice view of the pool and the golfo. And most of all, we liked Sergio's professionalism. He is very kind and generous. He messaged us after knowing that we would arrive late, and offered to make a small groceries for our breakfast the next morning. He also sent through WhatsApp the step by step instructions on how to access the house. Plus he personally came to the house to welcome us. We also found laminated papers on the table with instructions and recommendations as to where to go to eat and what to visit or see in the area. All in all, the house is a perfect heaven to spend your days in NorthWest part of Sicily.
