The penthouse of the building, entirely independent, is reserved by the owners, who make use of it occassionaly in high season & often in August. They are highly respectful of your privacy and will not use the pool or overlook the pool during your stay. Their apartment has a separate entrance and parking.
In terms of location, the villa could not be better situated: less than 3 km from a sandy beach and one of Sicily's most picturesque villages and surrounded by many must-see sights. To name but a few, the port of Scopello, the paradisiacal beach of the Zingaro Nature Reserve, of San Vito Lo Capo and of Mondello, the Temple of Segesta, the salt pans of Marsala and, of course, Palermo, the splendid capital city, are all a short drive away.
Thanks to the presence of central heating and to the proximity to the stunning village of Castellammare del Golfo which is lively all year round, the villa is ideal for a winter holiday as much as for a summer one. The private saltwater pool is for the exclusive use of guests, who may use it from the beginning of April until the end of October.
The pool is made of concrete and is 10 m long by 5.5 m large and ranges from 1.40 m to 2.30 m deep.
A pool attendant will do regular maintenance, generally in the late afternoon.
