This modern-style villa is composed of two floors, finished at the beginning of 2017 to the highest standard; there are priceless features such as wide sliding glass doors, teak flooring for the sleeping quarters, pearl mosaics in the bathroom, a large stone shower and a wood burning stove, all made by the finest Italian companies, as well as a large and functional kitchen with a breakfast bar.
The house has lots of light thanks to the large windows and the numerous openings.
The ground floor is a unique space (about 55 square meters), where you can relax on the sofas, watch the firewood burn in the fireplace, and make the most of a kitchen equipped with all the mod-cons: fridge, electric oven, electric hob and Nespresso coffee machine. On the second floor, the sleeping quarters feature high white wooden ceilings and teak parquet floors. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a solid wood bunkbed with two beds: one small double bed and one single bed. The bathroom, with a large 180cm-wide shower, has a relaxing ambience, with wood cladding on the floor and ceiling as well as LED overhead lighting in the shower.
Summer air conditioning and winter heating are provided by a modern heater, while the ground floor fireplace provides further heating.
From the ground floor, step through the large sliding glass doors to enjoy the spacious main terrace with its spectacular views of Mount Etna and Taormina. The well-kept garden next to the terrace will make your stay even more charming. There is also a barbecue.
