Not far from the pool is a barbecue area and outdoor kitchen. An external staircase leads to the upper floor (attic), which has two sunny verandas with panoramic views of the Iblea countryside. A few kilometers from here you can visit the Castle of Donnafugata, a mansion dating back to the end of the 18th century, a tourist destination known for the perfect preservation of its furnishings. Here you are a few kilometers from the state road 514, which connects various road junctions: In a few minutes you can reach Chiaramonte Gulfi with its pine forest and the atmosphere of a mountain village or Comiso ( ancient Casmena) for a more cultural visit, the charming Ragusa Ibla with its baroque art, Modica, Scicli and much more to discover culture and traditions. If you want to enjoy the crystal clear sea of the Iblea - coast, you can reach the Ragusan beaches in about 20 km. At a distance of about 1 km there is a shopping center with stores of all kinds. One room in the house is reserved for the owner and is used as a storage room.
