The villa consists of a main building with two floors of which the first floor with independent access and spaces separated from the rest of the villa is occupied by the owner and his wife. the owner is responsible for managing the pool exclusively ensuring maximum privacy. Downstairs the house with annexe, it has a large living room with an area of 4 rooms with heat pump fireplace and TV. a large kitchen equipped with everything you need 3 bedrooms with fans, a large bathroom with toilet, a laundry room with shower and toilet, a large wine cellar. The lower level opens onto a large space with patio, full of green and garden furniture, which separates it from the annex which has an area of about 100 square meters. complete with heat pump fireplace, kitchen refrigerator and freezer. The annexe is furnished with rustic sofa bed plus 3 single beds in addition to a total of 5 beds. Therefore, the villa that we rent has a total of 11 beds. The well-kept garden with lawns flowers, fruit trees, citrus and olive trees. The villa is located in Partanna Mondello, about 10 km from Palermo center and 2 km. from Mondello beach (4 minutes by car). The pool is outdoor and therefore available from May to September
