Crossing the threshold, one feels free to be carried away by the atmosphere, completely immersing oneself in the beauty of Pugliese nature and culture: the sound of plows in the distance, the scent of earth and lavender. The property covers 25,000 square meters of woodland and arable land, providing privacy and a unique view in every season. The panoramic swimming pool overlooks this wonderful panorama. The property consists of four bedrooms: two lovely bedrooms with private bathrooms and independent access from a small terrace for exclusive use; an apartment consisting of two bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living in the manger and dining room in the trullo. The Podere is located at the top of Mount Carello, a famous climatic zone in the municipality of Noci, at an altitude of about 500 meters. This allows it to enjoy a unique "coolness" because it is caressed by the breeze of the Ionian and Adriatic Seas. - 20 minutes from Martina Franca, the town that hosts the famous Festival della Valle d'Itria, a Unesco heritage site - 15 minutes from Locorotondo, one of the white cities of Apulia - 20 minutes from the caves of Castellana, home to one of the most beautiful and spectacular complexes of underground caves of karst origin in Italy - 30 minutes from the Ionian Sea and 30 minutes from the Adriatic Sea
