Villa Pascal A, B and C are part of a small complex located in the Sicilian countryside.
The apartments Villa Pascal are divided in two separate houses. Villa Pascal A, a cozy indipendent house, and Villa Pascal B and C, that are part of another villa.The complex can host up to 13 people.
The complex is sourrounded by a wonderful garden from where, after walking through a fragrant lemon plantage, you can reach a large shared swimming pool.
Please note: for the maintainance of the garden will be possible to find gardeners on site.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room also has a window with a view of the patio.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the patio. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
