Annex inside a modern villa with a shared swimming pool and solarium, 20 meters from the sea with flat rocks and 5 minutes from the famous Fontane Bianche.
Inside a modern villa with large shared spaces, this annex is accessible through a pedestrian path and located to the right of the gate. Through a French window, from the patio guests will access the bright living area furnished with a TV, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen, well-equipped and also fitted with an oven, a microwave and a kettle. From here there is access to the bathroom with shower, with a hallway where there is a washing machine. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed and a second room with a French size sofa bed on request.
The outdoor spaces are beautiful, such as the furnished patio, with barbecue and table for meals with garden view. From here, a spiral staircase leads to the rooftop terrace.
The shared pool, surrounded by a sunbathing area and a green area with palm trees, is open all year round.
Guests can park their cars outside the fence, in front of the pedestrian gate.
