Villa Inessa is a beautiful Sicilian house, nestled at the slopes of Mount Etna, in a small village and a quiet, sunny, panoramic hill. It offers stunning views over the countryside and the mesmerising Ionian sea from the large salt water pool (chlorine free). It has a well-kept garden, spacious terraces and is within easy reach of Etna Park, the water park of Etnaland, and the most popular towns of the area such as Taormina, Catania and Syracuse.
Recently restored, the villa develops over two floors.
On the ground floor, we find a large living room filled with comfortable sofas around a big fireplace, beautiful centrepiece wooden coffee table and TV, perfect for family time. There is also a spacious separate dining room with direct access to the typical Sicilian kitchen and outdoor access via large French doors, one bathroom with shower and a laundry room. The sleeping area on this level consists of one twin bedroom that can be converted into a double by joining the beds together, with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath tub (whirlpool); one walk-through double bedroom; another twin bedroom that can be converted into a double and a separate bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms with shower and one double bedroom with a separate bathroom with shower.
Outside, we are welcomed by a beautifully terraced garden filled with old olive trees, and offering a private swimming pool (12x6m; 1.2 – 2.5m deep; open from March 9 to November 9; salt purification) with sea views and sun lounges. There is an area with fire pit surrounded by outdoor sofas, a covered terrace with table and chairs, gazebo, table tennis and foosball area and barbecue area.
