The house is about 3.5 km from the centre of Garda and the beach, 1.5 km from the centre of Costermano. This area of Lake Garda, far from mass tourism, allows the discovery of the territory through numerous cycle tourism routes that start right near the house, such as the renowned Valle dei Mulini.
The Giarole apartment, entirely located on the ground floor, has a spacious room with two single beds that can be joined, a second room with a double bed and an additional single bed convertible to a double.
