On the first floor, connected by an external staircase, there is a second living-dining room with kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a service bathroom. While the annex accommodates two bedrooms with two bathrooms.
The villa also has a wellness area with sauna and treadmill and numerous amenities, such as A/C, Wi-Fi internet, 8 TVs, satellite receiver, dryer, 2 washing machines, 2 dishwashers, safe and barbecue.
