On the first floor large living room with vetrage with a splendid view of Lake Bolsena, the garden and the swimming pool. The lounge is equipped with air conditioning, a large panoramic terrace with cover, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
In the basement there is a small kitchen, bathroom with shower, a double bedroom that gets light from a cavedium. This part of the house has a separate entrance.

Large fully fenced garden with automatic gate with magnificent views of Lake Bolsena, heated swimming pool with solar panels with possibility of coverage (dimensions 5x12 meters, maximum depth 1.80 meters) with external shower, internet connection, dishwasher, TV, oven, toaster , CD and DVD player, washing machine, whirlpool, air conditioning in the first floor lounge, large private park with olive trees, vineyards and fruit trees with the possibility of walking among fascinating Etruscan archaeological finds and caves carved into the stone. Small and medium size pets allowed.
Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to give a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
