Positive: We booked this property for the amazing view. And it delivered stunning sea view and happy hours sunsets every night. The view includes portofino on the peninsula, the mediterranean sea, and local homes in the hills. This property is great if you're comfortable driving in Italy. Especially up windy narrow roads. We felt like we were living amongst the locals. There were no other tourists around. And we loved it! So many great amenities that we used, including a washing machine, full kitchen, and all brand new fixtures in the bathroom were very nice. This was a great location for exploring the Italian Riviera. Both portofino and the Cinque terra are easily strikable. Barbara is a super friendly and responsive host.

Negative: coffee was provided and was very appreciated. We weren't experienced moka pots users, so it took us a long time each morning to prepare a cup of coffee or two. Moka pots are very Italian, so we just adapted and this did not affect our stay.
