The villa has a large garden with an English lawn that directly overlooks the sea, creating an atmosphere of space and freedom where children can play safely. A terrace shaded by a bioclimatic pergola, equipped with a brazier, heating mushroom and barbecue, is the ideal place for outdoor lunches and dinners. A living area with outdoor sofa and armchairs offers a perfect space to relax and enjoy the sunset view. A private gate leads to the beach, just 10 meters away. And for a refreshing dip, a private pool awaits you! Charging for electric vehicles is also available in our private car park for 1 car. The interiors of the villa are characterized by large sliding glass doors that offer a beautiful view of the garden and the outdoor area. The open-plan living room, decorated in a contemporary style, includes a lounge and dining area. The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary facilities for cooking. Both the living room and the kitchen are air conditioned and overlook the swimming pool (8x4 meters) and the solarium with deckchairs and straw canopies.
