The villa consists on the ground floor of a large living room of about 80 m² with living room, dining room and American kitchen open to two terraces. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath, WC and a bedroom.
The upper floor is made up of a mezzanine with a library area which communicates with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom (walk-in shower) and a separate toilet. Access to the stairs is secure.

under a shade sail and two lounge chairs.

One at the south equipped with chairs and sofa with outdoor lounge under a sail shade + with 2 lounge chairs for sun bath.
