Our living room / kitchen opens onto two large terraces (one of 30m ^ 2 with a view of the Nice hills; the other of 25m ^ 2 equipped with a bar, with fridge, worktop, BBQ, pizza oven, itself topped by a large garden furniture on 30m ^ 2). We can thus enjoy the summer season around the pool in peace, with our children, without necessarily having to go to the beach, which is still 15 minutes away.
