Charming detached villa and outbuilding with an area of 150 m2, fully air-conditioned, for 8 people, on a plot of 1,900 m2 planted with Mediterranean species, fully fenced and secured by an electric gate.
La Motte is a pretty little Provençal village in a wine region. In fact, there are many very famous wineries in the vicinity. You can go on many hikes, mountain bike and racing bike tours around LA MOTTE. Many restaurants are nearby and there is also the renowned restaurant LES GORGES DE PENNAFORT, very famous for its gastronomy. If you feel like going to the beach, you are 20 minutes by car from LES ISSAMBRES and SAINTE MAXIME and 40 minutes from SAINT TROPEZ…. To visit the Gorges du VERDON, it takes 1 hour by car, the close by village of MOUSTIERS SAINTE MARIE is worthwhile visiting.
