Spacious villa, with four, large bedrooms, two bathrooms and extensive living areas, stunning sea views from the house. Generous gardens and terraces including a large roof terrace , situated in the hills, above south facing , Bazzano beach, in the Consorzio Di Tiberio, six minutes drive from the beach and Sperlonga.
All rooms open out onto a shaded veranda , set in it’s own large private garden.
A 14m swimming pool, set amongst olive groves, has a tented gazebo close to the pool.
The house has lots of space around it, various terraces, tables and chairs, swing seats.
The large swimming pool and the gardens surrounding the house are not shared. The house, gardens, terraces and 14 metre swimming are surrounded be a fence and are for the exclusive use of our guests.
This villa is within the Ulysses national park , it provides a tranquil and private location for your holiday, close to Sperlonga but completely private and quiet, kilometres of traffic free roads provide serene walks with breathtaking views of the sea, hills and Sperlonga.
This house is not overlooked, it has uninterrupted views of the sea and the hills of the Arunci National Park.
Superb, spacious, comfortable villa with large rooms all of which ( excluding bathrooms) have French doors opening onto a shaded veranda, that provided cool seating all day and have views of either garden, hills or the sea.
There are four separate terraces, including a huge roof terrace, a perfect place to watch the sun set over the islands and to admire the lights of Sperlonga. There is a separate terrace with dining table that seats 12, surrounded by garden and Mexican fountain, a large umbrella shades garden sofas and chairs to create a tranquil area.
There are four decent sized bedrooms,
3 double bedrooms, two of these three bedrooms bedroom also have a single bed in it, for children ( which are not included in the bed count) The 4th bedroom is set up as a children’s bunk room which can sleep 5. Two bunk beds and s single bed.
This house is perfect for up to 8 adults. I would suggest that 6 adults with children work best, as one of the bedrooms is set up with five beds in it.
2 bathrooms, both with showers, toilets basin and bidet, one of the bathrooms has a bath and shower. There is an outside shower as well.
Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, large American style fridge,. The kitchen has a French door opening onto the veranda, where you can find s gas BBQ.
Large family living room, 15 metres long. We have pool table, TV, and dining table in the large living area . You can see the sea from the living room and there are double French doors which open onto the terrace, where there is a large dining table. This is s perfect place to dine, with a lovely view of the sea and Sperlonga.
There is an outside ping pong table, shaded by a gazebo covered with a vine tree.
We have a shaded carport with space for three or four cars.
3.75 km to Sperlonga. 6 minute drive.
Itri is a 15minutes drive, inland, It is a non touristy medieval town which is a great place to shop for food.
