Lovely villa with sea views, in a residential complex with shared swimming pool, located in the upper part of Trabia, a few minutes away by car from Palermo.
The villa, accessible through a bunch of steps, opens onto the spacious and bright living room which features a fully-equipped kitchen, including oven and kettle. Further on, the room is furnished with a dining table, a wall unit and a comfortable three-seat sofa. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one of which is fitted with a queen-size bed, while the other one provided with a single bed, a single sofa bed and a bridge wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
The jewel of the villa is the outdoor space: on the landing there are two beach chairs and a porch swing, while going down the steps it is possible to reach a well-furnished area which comes with a gazebo and an outdoor lounge set, perfect for enjoying a sunset with a seaview.
The air conditioning, the heating pump and the washing machine will be at guests’ disposal.
Guests’ will benefit from an outdoor parking space inside the building.
The shared swimming pool is available from the 26th of June to the 31st of August.
