For an optimal and healthy internal environment the house has been equipped with a modern air conditioning system. The heating and cooling of all internal environments is produced and managed by a modern radiant type system (on the floor).
The house is divided as follows: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms (with shower), 1 kitchen, living room and dining room in one room and 1 back porch adjacent to the lawn.
The lawn is for the exclusive use of the house, ideal for children who can play safely. On the back there is a paved area where you can use the barbecue. The house has a high part with a mezzanine and a veranda. The upper part offers a space to read a good book, work on the PC, enjoy a good glass of wine. (strictly Sardinian of course).

Summary: The house is a palace with an innovative cooling system for quite, comfortable climate control. In the house everything is clean and fully equipped. You have 2 nice turtles running around in the garden. The house is located to nearby Lotzorai beach and a small supermarket as well as bakery, butcher and restaurants. Walter is a very caring host and we felt part of his family immediately.
