On the same estate, there is another villa on the estate that can be rented together for larger groups, or separately (in which case guests of the other villa will not have access to the pool and the pool will remain private and for your use only).
Set in a private residential complex with two controlled accesses (for owners and guests only), 24-hour security, and 3 km of untouched coastline, this villa is ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday with family or friends. Guests can use the park’s supermarket, restaurant, bar, children’s playground, tennis courts and marina (for mooring boats), and the beach is just 50 m away. Guests can also get help from a caretaker who lives in a neighbouring house.
Villa Domani (220 sqm) develops over two levels.
The villa consists of a large living room (with sofas) with doors onto the garden and a well-equipped kitchen. You will also find a fitness room (with multi-gym, treadmill, cross-trainer, rowing machine and mats) and a laundry room. In the sleeping area, there is one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and two twin bedrooms (with two single beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower). On request, guests can also rent an extra bedroom (sleeps two) in the basement with a separate entrance and bathroom (with shower).
Outside there is a large garden which features a bulb-shaped private swimming pool (100 sqm, depth 1.5 m – 3 m) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers), a shaded dining terrace (with table, chairs, and barbecue), a relaxation area (with outdoor seating) and an outdoor shower. You will also find a garage and a reserved parking space.
