Outside, there is a garden (2000 sqm) with a large terrace (200 sqm) featuring a private swimming pool (12m x 4m; depth 1.3m; depuration salt; open from 1 March to 30 November) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers) and a shady outdoor dining area, barbecue, and bar.
