Beautifully presented villa. Sleeps 4/6 Private pool with Jacuzzi, fully equipped outside kitchen, BBQ grill and beautiful terraces. 2 double bedded bedrooms , or one room with bunk beds or two singles, all with air con, and sea view. Bathroom with shower, separate bath tub and washing machine. Open plan living dining kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher A Pellet Stove. We provide 3 bags of pellets per week, plus full gas central heating for winter guests. Also TV, DVD Player and Freeview satellite TV. There is ample private car parking behind gated entrance. Fully equipped outside kitchen, with fridge freezer, oven and hob cupboards and sink, BBQ grill and ample dinning areas, all with sea view.
Although the living accommodation is all on one level, the terraces have steps and there are steps to the swimming pool, therefore, we do not recommend wheelchairs
Pool maintenance once a week. Fresh linen and towels provided weekly. A gardener attends every 3 days to water the plants (40 minutes).
The villa, with panoramic views over the sea and mountains, sits high above Termini Imerese on the northerm coastline of Sicily. Mount San Calogero sits to the right. Parts of the Madonie mountains can be seen from the terrace and when there is no heat haze on the horizon the Aeolian islands can also be seen.
If you want to relax and breath in beautiful scenery , maybe sip a mimosa whilst watching the sunrise, or an ice cold Prosecco under the stars, you may even witness the full moon rising over mount San Calogero with your feet up relaxing on the Terrace!
The northern coastline is Raw, Rugged and Romantic and offers stunning scenary whether you stay near the coast or travel inland. The historic town of Caccamo, with its magnificent castle and Lake Rosamarina are just a few minutes away. The town is convenient for grocery shopping, restaurants and bars. You can travel down the serpente road to Termini Imerese and explore the Belvedere, where the locals enjoy their evening walks, with a gelato (ice cream, highly recommended) looking over the Gulf of Termini. Also every Friday morning Termini Imerese has a large, busy, colourful market next to the port The old town of Cefalu, with its beautiful beaches is 20 minutes away. There are many beaches and coves to explore along this coastline. Palermo is a wonderful city by day, with its colourful markets, shops and historical buildings. A street food tour is highly recommended, sample gastronomic delights of Sicily, with English speaking guides! Also exciting by night with its bars, restaurants, live music, theatres and nightclubs.
Anne & Doug will welcome you on your arrival. We will come and meet you and guide you to the villa, if needed.
We will make sure the refrigerator is stocked with Water, Milk, Eggs, Fruit juice, wine and Beer. Also coffee, sugar, bread.....and some Sicilian treats so that you can relax and recover from your travels. The villa also has its own Extra Virgin Olive Oil, we hope you enjoy it!
If you would like to join us for olive picking (between mid October and mid November) and visit the olive mill to see how the oil is produced, you will be more than welcome. The days of olive picking go something like this...Pick a few trees..a glass of wine...pick a few more trees...Enjoy a picnic under the trees and maybe another glass of wine! The afternoon is much like the morning although a little slower. Make sure you leave enough room in your luggage so that you can take some oil home.

Visit Palermo over the Christmas and New Year holidays, or stay local and celebrate with a gastronomic Sicilian Feast at one of the many restaurants favored by the locals.
February is Carnival Time here in Sicily. A visit to Acriale A truly wonderful Sicilian Carnival, approx 1hr 50 min drive. Also many small towns including Termini Imerese boast their Carnival! Teatro Massimo Palermo 35min drive, always has amazing events going on. Palermo also offers many Jazz, Blues, and Pop events. We can't promise the sun will shine every day during winter, but It does most of the time! take a picnic and a good book to one of the many beaches, you will have it all to yourselves!

We close the pool at the end of October. And delicate outside furniture is put away.
However you can still sit and dine on the covered terrace and enjoy the views!
