Recently renovated, our villa is fully furnished to a high standard with all the modern comforts including 50” TV plus sound system, air-conditioning to all rooms plus Wi-Fi. The villa can comfortably sleep up to 8 people at the lower level.
Our property boasts two master en-suite double bedrooms both with stunning views towards the valley though the double doors that open out onto the rear lower covered patio, plus two very large twin bedrooms, a large family bathroom plus smaller shower room and utility room to the lower level allows the upper-level living space to benefit from the magnificent 180-degree views along the valley from the large veranda at rear of the house with motorised awning
Our open plan comfortable lounge and dining room plus fully equipped kitchen with large breakfast bar, side-by-side American style fridge freezer, dishwasher plus utensils.
There is also the added benefit of the outdoor kitchen which has a BBQ and traditional pizza oven plus double sink (we ask that you clean these after use)
Our home has ample parking space and its own private garden full of olive trees plus a few almond trees
By car, it's 20 minutes to the nearest beach and 3 minutes to the nearest shops and supermarkets plus there are many traditional restaurants and Agriturismo located nearby
