Villa Nora is a charming property with pool located in the countryside in the south-east of Sicily, between the villages of Ispica and Rosolini. It is set in a sunny, quiet location, offering relaxing views over the surrounding landscape with its typical carob, olive and citrus trees.
From the villa you can easily reach the wonderful baroque towns of Modica, Noto, Ragusa-Ibla and Scicli, but also the sandy beaches of the Vendicari nature reserve, of Pozzallo and Portopalo.
Outside, the villa boasts a well-tended garden with lawn, a spacious terrace and a beautiful infinity pool with Jacuzzi.
Villa Nora has been recently built and it spreads over two levels. The ground floor consists of a living room with fireplace, a well-equipped, masonry kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A staircase made of marble and iron leads to the first floor, which is home to a double bedroom with balcony, a bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom with shower.
Outside, in a separate annex, is a second kitchen with wood-fired oven and BBQ. The villa is also equipped with central heating, internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV and washing machine.

Rental rules
A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day flexible except from 19 June to 27 August (Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 300 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 300 kwh (over 300 kwh an extra charge of € 0,40 per kwh will be applied), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms (2 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot.
City tax not included: according to the local law.
Air-conditioning/heating, firewood: not included (see electricity consumption).
Extra cleaning (if requested): € 12 per hour (min. 2 hours).
Pizza party: € 10 per person.
Pets: allowed (€ 50 per stay, to pay on site).
