Villa Indaco is a stylish holiday home located in Trappeto, a lovely seaside resort overlooking the charming Castellammare del Golfo in western Sicily, only one km away from the beach and the city center and about 30 km from Palermo.
The villa spreads over one floor, it consists of four bedrooms: three double bedrooms and one with two single beds, for a total of 8 sleeps. Three of them have en-suite bathrooms with shower, while a further shared bathroom with shower is at guests’ disposal. All the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning.
Furthermore, the villa has a large and bright living area, modernly furnished and overlooking the terrace and the private pool. The living area comprises a fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, the villa features a well-kept garden with typical Mediterranean plants, and a solarium area with private pool, barbecue and external shower.
Finally, there is a large veranda, facing the pool, which is the ideal place for al fresco meals enjoying the beautiful view of the surrounding landscape.
Please note: During the month of August, the owners will occupy a detached apartment but in the same area where the structure is located. They will not use the swimming pool or exteriors intended for guests, but only 1 parking space. Furthermore there is a video surveillance system intended only for the external areas, the internal car park and gate.

Rental rules:
A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
Minimum stay: 5 nights.
The price includes consumption of gas, water, electricity, 1 set of bath towels a head, bed linens.
High chair and cot are available upon request (free of charge).

Final cleaning: € 150,00
Tourist tax (to be paid onsite): €1.00 per person/per day for a maximum of 6 days, minors up to the age of twelve and elderly people over the age of seventy-five are exempt.
A late check in fee of Euro 20 is applied for check in after 9 pm. The amount must be paid on site.
