The property offers breathtaking views, which can be enjoyed from the splendid infinity pool and its large equipped terraces overlooking the Isola Bella bay and the sea.
This recently built villa is surrounded by a large, luxuriant and well-kept garden and features welcoming interiors furnished in an eclectic mix of styles.
It consists of living room, kitchen and four double bedrooms, all with bathroom and with independent access from the terraces.
In detail, there is the manor house where we find on the ground floor (accessible from the outside): 2 double bedrooms with minibar and bathroom with shower, laundry room, terrace; while the first floor has a living room, large kitchen, 1 double bedroom with shower and terrace.
Then we have the dependance which has on the ground floor 1 double bedroom with minibar and bathroom with tub and shower.
Outside, the villa boasts a panoramic infinity pool and hot tub.
In addition, a new outdoor kitchen and dining area has just been built.

Upon confirmation, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required, while the final balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the arrival date.
Minimum stay 5 nights; from 27/07 to 23/08 7 nights (changeover day Saturday).
Check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00; Check-out is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 00:00): if agreed € 30 to be paid upon arrival.
Upon arrival, a deposit of 1,000 euros must be paid, which will be returned upon departure, net of any charges in the event of damage.
