The villa is beautifully located with stunning south facing view of the Pyrenees, Mediterranean, Fort St. Elme and vineyards.
Walking distance to the beach and centre of Collioure is 12 minutes.
In the garden ( 800 m2) surrounded by a fence and a Laurier-Rose hedge, you will find palm trees and a 160 years old olive tree. Under the olive tree you can sit and relax in the sunny afternoon. You can also play Petangue in the garden.
The house is built 2003 and is perfect for 4 people or a family with 1-3 kids. The living area is 110 m2 on two levels with separate system of air conditioner on each floor.
The first floor has an open living room with a kitchen, 50 m2 large and exit to a balcone/terrace of 20 m2. On the terass you can dine and enjoy the view and the warm summer evenings. The kitchen has a consistently high standard and fully equipped with kitchen utensils. There is a rustic oak table for at least 10 people and the living room has a comfortable seating for 6 people. First floor has a separate toilet.
The ground floor has two bedrooms each 14 m2 large. One room with two beds (2X90 cm) and a small bed for a child, 2-8 year. The other room has a double bed (160 cm). Both rooms have exit to a terrace of 20 m2. Two extra foldingbeds, a folding babybed and a children highchair are available. The ground floor has 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and a room for washing machine and tumbler.
The terrace has a pleasant seating. A perfect place to relax in the morning or in the afternoon.
1 set of bedlinen, 1 set of indoors towels and 1 bath towel are included in the price/per person. Also the final cost of cleaning of the house. In the house you can find useful information about the house, security, activitets guide etc.
You can park your car inside the gate or on the street outside the gate.
When you arrive to Collioure our agent will meet you in the house. He will also give you 2 house keys and inform you about the house. It's to him you will return the keys at the end of the rental period.
Important information: The traveller should leave a check on 500 Euro to our agent in Collioure as a Security Deposit Amount at the check-in day. At the Check-out day the agent return the check to you if the villa is in smimilar condition to that in which it was found.
