Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable enough for a short stay. The highlight was definitely the balcony with the beautiful view of Isola Bella – absolutely stunning and worth it.

Negative: The parking situation was quite difficult. There is only a public parking area nearby, which has to be paid and does not feel very secure. It was also disappointing that the hotel was more expensive on Booking compared to their own website, and breakfast had to be paid extra, while it is included when booking directly. Additionally, the hotel advertises a private beach, but during our stay it was not set up.

Summary: Great views and a clean hotel, but some important services and information were misleading.
