Its exclusive location is one of a kind: from the garden there is direct access to the cliffs and the Fanusa shore, famous for its crystal clear waters and extraordinary seabed rich in marine life. The house faces a large park bordering the cliffs, with shady pine trees, palm trees and other Mediterranean scrub plants. Inside, the house has two floors which are connected inside by a spiral staircase, and outside as well.
