Description:
The villa is located in La Conia in the Gulf of Arzachena.
The garden is bordered by the sea with direct beach access.
It is surrounded by a large manicured garden and verandas that offer guests the chance to stay comfortably outside.
The villa consists of 2 levels. On the first floor there is a large 40 sq m lounge / dining around with sofas and a stone fireplace, large TV and a piano.
From room leads to a veranda where there is a table that gives the opportunity to have lunch right by the sea and relax area with sofas.
There are 5 rooms:
2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower;
1 double with en-suite bathroom with bath;
1 double room with twin beds that can become double bed with adjacent bathroom without a shower.
On the ground floor there is another double bedroom (twin beds) with bathroom with shower. Also in this floor is the laundry room with washing machine, iron sink, ironing board, iron and ironing service shower.
The kitchen is composed of a refrigerator American type constituted by two doors with dispenser for ice, there is a large oven and a smaller one with a microwave, a dishwasher and all the equipment required.
The kitchen leads to an ever covered veranda where there is a fireplace for making barbecue. There is a hall with hallway which leads to a covered veranda where normally served breakfast as it is furnished with chairs from the table.
The villa is surrounded by a 2,200 m garden bordering the sea.
Access to the beach via a private gate.
The garden is on two levels and is characterized by granite rocks and plants of the Mediterranean. The whole is surrounded by a lawn where there are sun loungers and deck chairs for relaxing. The villa's facilities include: wireless internet, satellite tv, dvd and stereo output for IPhone and IPod.
There are two bicycles.
