Positive: The villa and gardens had a lovely vibe about them. The pool was fantastic. The villa was splendid. The location is great for Rome and also Ostia. Supermarkets close by, some lovely restaurants too. Easy to catch train into Rome itself. And we felt SO secure and safe here :-)

Negative: The kitchen could have been better equipped. Would suggest a decent knife and kettle as our preference.

Summary: Wish we were back there already! Superb.
