This charming estate is situated just outside Salò, on the hills that overlook the Lake. The property features the Villa and the Dependence. The two units are connected, but they have their own entry door. Perfectly sized for 12 guests (best for 10 adults and 2 children).
This Estate provides a peaceful living in a totally private environment. Spacious rooms, large chlorine-free pool, acres of olive trees, AC, fast-Wifi, working station, soccer field and bowling green are there for the comfort of your stay.
Upon request in advance, we provide extra services such as private chef, baby sitting, cleaning service, private driver, personal trainer and yoga session, massage, boat rental, guided tours, and much more.

THE VILLA
On the ground floor, there is a large and fully equipped kitchen that opens up the the porch with the bbq; a very spacious dining room with direct access to the other porch and the garden; the living room with couches, sleeping couch, coffee table and smart TV; a working station, and a service bathroom with laundry amenities.
On the upper floors, the Villa has 3 bedrooms with king-sized beds, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and
each room has its private bathroom and AC unit.
THE DEPENDANCE
The Dependance, just finished renovating, has 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds, 2 private
bathrooms, a fully equipped, open kitchen and the living room with sleeping couch, dining table and
smart TV.
The Villa and the Dependance share a beautiful veranda as their entry, but each of them has its own
entry door. They are therefore attached, yet independent.
THE GARDEN
The two porches overlooking the garden are furnished with any comfort for dining and relaxing, including a built-in barbecue. The chlorine-free swimming pool is surrounded by a large solarium with 8 sun beds and deck chairs, a ping-pong table, a soccer field, a bowling green, and covered
parking for 6 vehicles. From the garden, our guests can walk directly to the olive plantation, for spectacular walks and Lake view.
