Our villa is located in Carry-Le-Rouet in Bouches du Rhônes (13) France. It is 20 minutes away from Marseille-Marignane Airport and 20 minutes away from Marseille city center.
- The villa, which was recently renovated, is located in a private estate (Parc de la Cote Bleue) with private access to residents only. We have direct access to the beach and sea (from the door of our garden) and there is no road between our house and the sea. The garden space is about 800 sqm with amazing Mediterranean plants and trees.
- This is a 2-floor house (ground floor and 1st floor), the floorspace is 350 sqm with 6 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 dressing room, 4 toilets, 1 utility room, 1 laundry room, 1 cloakroom, 1 fully modern open plan kitchen (and a back kitchen) with brand new household devices, spacious entrance hall, very big dining and living room opening on the garden and swimming pool facing the sea. There is a huge terrace (>100 sqm) on the first floor offering an amazing view on the sea.
