Conveniently located near the famous Golden Triangle of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna this modern independent house is an ideal retreat for families visiting Lake Como, with close proximity to the lake attractions and amenities, yet set in a peaceful location.
Villa Lilia is perched on the hillside of Lake Como\'s west bank 10 km north of Menaggio.
From the villa it is about a 500m walk down to the beach, with an excellent local Pizzeria and fish restaurant.
Grocery shops are about 800 meters away.
Activities in the surrounding area include: hiking, tennis, golf, swimming, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and water sports.
A frequent car and passenger ferry service runs from Menaggio to Bellagio and Varenna and a bus service connects the north western shore to the cosmopolitan Como.
A surf school is located in the neighbouring village of Cremia.
The area is also a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers that will enjoy the several beautiful paths and the surrounding mountains

Villa Lilia can accommodate up to 12 guests in six bedrooms and four bathrooms. As there are different levels it is not recommended for guest with walking difficulties. Parents with young kids must be aware that the pool is not fenced.
Garden level: Spacious and bright ground floor living area with large sliding glass doors towards the lake offering breathtaking views of the blue water and the coast. Sofas area, Sat-TV with fireplace and dining area. Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine (filter), cooking stove (4 flames/oven), dishwasher, big fridge, toaster.Mezzanine: ( A few steps up) One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, (beds can be pushed together) sharing a modern bathroom with a shower. There is a further double bedroom with en suite bathroom (bathtub and separate shower). All bedrooms have access to their terraces. All bedrooms are at the garden level.
Upper floor: Upstairs there are three further double bedrooms with twin beds that can be pushed together, except for one, sharing a bathroom with a shower.
Basement: It is equipped with an infrared sauna, Jacuzzi, a fourth bathroom with a shower.
