This detached holiday house is immersed in a peaceful and serene environment, 200 meters from the crystal blue sea of Santa Maria del Focallo, and from the first beach of fine sand (awarded with the Blue Flag) and just 10 km from the city of Ispica 7 km from Pozzallo as well as to all the places of Montalbano Fiction.
The house was built in 2015 and the living space of approximately 100 m² including the veranda outside. The fully equipped kitchen, modern kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and electric kettle .. Wireless Internet access is available in all rooms both indoors and outdoors. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a bedroom has two single beds (each 80 x 190cm). If needed, we can provide cots and any kind of material for your baby.
The property has a bathroom with shower inside and a large outdoor covered and hot water shower. All rooms have air conditioning and satellite TV.
Outside there is a new 4 x 4 pool built into a wonderful wooden floor for its exclusive use, and a large porch, which also has a barbecue corner with grill, table and chairs, offers a cozy atmosphere to eat all 'Open, surrounded by a garden full of plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub.
