This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence spans approximately 1,947 square feet. The first-floor primary suite features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with bidet. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and futon, and the third is a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk and twin trundle, plus a dedicated desk for remote work. Additional thoughtful details include custom flooring, central air conditioning, three smart TVs (primary bedroom, living room, upstairs bedroom), and a functional laundry/mud room with a wash station.

Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the hot tub, please be sure to inquire if it will be available for use prior to booking.

- No pets allowed.
- The property is on a septic system. Please flush only toilet paper.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.
- For guest safety, exterior Ring cameras are present at the front door, driveway, and rear of the house. There are no interior cameras.
