This is a typical Salento stone cottage with vaulted ceiling, it has been recently renovated and has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The property is surrounded by a lovely garden and consists of a large living room with double bed, fully equipped kitchen both with garden access, a second bedroom on mezzanine and a bathroom. From the living room a staircase leads to the second bedroom loft that has a beautiful garden view. The private patio outside is partially shaded by pergolas and fully equipped with chaises-longue, table/ chairs - ideal for dining al fresco, relaxing and sunbathing. The main entrance access is shared with the main property, via a driveway to the garden.
The Cappero house is located in a quiet and safe area of Salento, in the centre of a charming little town, at a stone's throw from the historical town of Muro Leccese, 20 minutes drive south of Lecce and 10 minutes drive from Otranto.
The house offers a typical idyllic Salento atmosphere, a bright comfortable space furnished with elegance, care and simplicity.
