The layout includes a large living area, dining room and kitchen, and a separate annex with a twin-bedroom that can convert to a double. Outdoor spaces include classic Italian terraces, a 12m x 6m pool, shaded pergolas, and alfresco dining areas with panoramic countryside views. Every detail has been curated for comfort, relaxation, and aesthetic pleasure.
Guest Access:
Guests have full and private access to the entire villa, its gardens, pool, terraces, and annex. A local staff is available six days a week for housekeeping, grocery shopping, and additional services upon request. Florence is approximately 90 kilometers away, and Siena is an easy day trip. The closest airport is in Florence, about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.
