Large and spacious, built in an elevated position. The Opale holiday home is spread over two levels: On the raised ground floor there is a large patio with curtains from which you can see the sea, the patio leads to a large living room with table, kitchen with dishwasher, double bedroom with air conditioning, bedroom with 2 single beds, full bathroom with shower. The living room leads to the upper floor where there are 2 double bedrooms (one with an adjoining balcony from which you can see the sea), little hallway where there is an air conditioner that cools both bedrooms, a complete bathroom with bathtub. Behind the upper floor there is a large relaxation area with an outdoor dining area shaded by a large gazebo made up of wooden beams and curtains; built-in barbecue, oven, worktop and sink, outdoor shower. The relaxation area and the upper floor are also accessible from the outside without necessarily having to go inside the house. Next to the patio on the ground floor is a second outdoor shower. There are two outdoor dining tables, one under the front patio which leads to the living room and the second under the gazebo on the upper floor. The house is equipped with mosquito nets.
Below the house there is a small apartment which can be used by the owners on weekends. The house is completely independent from the apartment, the only thing in common is the entrance gate to the property.
The property is located in a small private residential complex that is very quiet and reserved, fenced and guarded.
