Casale del Podestà is a finely restored country house located on the hills near Fratte Rosa, an ancient hilly village in the province of Pesaro and Urbino. Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, the property offers views that extend over the Marche countryside. Furnished in a traditional style, the villa retains the simple elegance of an early 1900s farmhouse, with traditional materials including terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams and parquet in the rooms. Five bedrooms, a bright living room, and a billiard room provide a comfortable space for relaxation. The garden is well-designed for relaxing days, with a shaded outdoor lounge area and dining table, as well as a pizza oven and barbecue. Across the lawn, on a lower level, is the pool. Surrounded by vineyards and overlooking the green hills, it is an ideal environment for relaxation.

Interiors:
Casale del Podestà is on two floors. On the ground floor, through the main door, there is access to the living room with fireplace connected to the billiard room, from which you go to the dining room, connected to the kitchen. To complete the ground floor we have a triple bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a service bathroom. The first floor is reached through an internal staircase where we have two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and another with tub and shower, and two other double bedrooms served by an adjoining bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
The property is surrounded by a large garden with unfenced lawn, planted with olive trees, mulberry trees and vineyards. A furnished gazebo in front of the villa has a wood oven and barbecue for outdoor dining. Nearby, a seating area offers views of the garden and surrounding landscape. Soccer and a set of swings are available for younger guests. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located on a lower level, a few meters from the villa, and is reached via a short staircase of twelve steps. Rectangular, it measures 12 x 6 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; it is covered in PVC, has internal lighting and a salt purification system; access to the water is via a Roman staircase. The surrounding solarium area is partly stone and partly lawn; it is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and an outdoor shower with hot water. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
